ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in acceptable physical condition but has some light damage, and has been played and shows some wear. Most notably, this guitar has taken a bump at some point, resulting in some damage to the small section of wood between the neck pocket and the neck pickup route; from the topside of the body, the crack runs vertically down to the floor of both the neck pocket and neck pickup routes, and is separated nearly the whole length of this section (shown in photos using a piece of paper for reference). This will need to be reglued, as it could be easily broken on the other side if the guitar takes another bump, or if the neck is removed haphazardly. Also, two of the screw holes on the bass side of the neck heel are rounded out and will need to be doweled and redrilled. This guitar has had a set of Hipshot locking tuners installed, and they were not installed perfectly straight, and there's a small finish chip on the face of the headstock around the F# tuning key washer that has been colored in with a black permanent marker. This guitar also has a small finish chip near the inside treble end of the neck pickup route. The corners of both pickup routes have been rounded out to fit aftermarket pickups.
Otherwise, there are multiple bumps and dents around the body, as well as some light scuffs on the rear contour, and below the treble strings on the top of the body. There is also a light bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. The face of the headstock could use a good cleaning as well the next time the strings are off. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has only some extremely light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
Electronics
This guitar has had a Seymour Duncan Nazgul/Sentient pickup set installed. The bottom plates of the pickups have been ground round at the corners, and one of the pickups has had it's wiring extended. The pickup selector switch is a bit touchy and the neck position cuts in and out intermittently and may need to be replaced. All electronics work properly and sound great.
