This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and modified and shows some wear. Most notably, the finish has been sanded down on the back of the neck, with some visible scratches leftover. There is also a small hole on the heel binding cap that's been filled in. Otherwise, there are some light scuffs and scratches on the guitar, mostly on the back, as well as some strumming scratches on the top where a pickguard would normally be. There is also a light amount of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scuffs associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has only some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
