This resonator is in fair condition, but has been played and shows some heavy wear, has had a few amateur modifications, some of which need a quick bit of work. Most notably, it seems that someone has added binding to the back of the body; the back of the body is not routed for binding and this seems to have been sanded or stripped of the finish at the edge of the body, and the binding was glued to the side of the body. The binding is also coming off in the bouts, and is cracked completely in two and has some additional cracks here and there in the lower bout. This resonator has also had extra inlays glued to the fingerboard in addition to the original inlays. There are also some heavy scratches all over the back and sides of the neck and along the fingerboard. Otherwise, there are some scratches, scuffs, and hazing elsewhere on the body, and the resonator itself has plenty of scratches and tarnishing present, and could use a quick polish. Could use a quick cleanup in the nooks and crannies during the next restring as well. Aside from this, the guitar only presents some typical wear from everyday playing, handling, and cleaning. Overall, this is an excellent playing and sounding guitar.
