This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there is a small finish chip along the side of the body near the forearm contour. There are also some light scuffs and swirl marks here and there over the body, as well as as some strumming scratches on the pickguard and a bit of faint tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
