This guitar is in great condition with only some light examples of wear! The only wear worth noting are a few light scuffs over the body and some light scratches on the pickguard. Aside from this, the guitar only shows some typical wear from everyday playing, handling, and cleaning. Overall, this is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar!
Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
