This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. Most notably, the binding on the upper contour on the back of the body is starting to separate, which is common on some Martin guitars. This one has the typical hairline finish crack along the loose binding as well, and this issue will need to be corrected soon. Otherwise, this guitar has a small patch of buckle rash on the back of the body, a small spot at the soundhole that a tuner has left an imprint in the finish, and a few faint areas of lacquer hazing around the body. There are also some light scratches on the pickguard and some light tarnishing on the hardware. Aside from this, the guitar only shows some typical wear from everyday playing, handling, and cleaning. Overall, this is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
