ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some wear. Most notably, there is a slight gap at the very end of the neck heel/body joint; the gap doesn't move or flex and seems stable, but it would benefit from some attention from a luthier. Otherwise, this guitar shows a bit of typical playing wear; there are a few scuffs, dents, and bumps over the top, along with some hazed up lacquer at the forearm area and on the adjacent area on the side of the body. There is also a large patch of swirl marks on the upper side near the neck heel, and a handful of faint swirl marks and scuffs on the back of the body. There are also some scratches on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Aside from this, the guitar only shows some typical wear from everyday playing, handling, and cleaning. Overall, this is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some moderate wear on the first few frets. The frets may need to be leveled and crowned at some point in the future, but the guitar plays great currently.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
