ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light examples of wear. Most notably, this guitar has had an aftermarket bone nut installed, and the installation was performed sloppily. The finish was not fully scored around the original nut before it was removed, which has resulted in some finish chips. The new nut isn't a great fit, and is a little more narrow than the fingerboard itself so you can feel and see that the fingerboard is slightly wider than the new nut. The nut also seems to have been lowered a little too much; the string height at the first fret is very low, but the neck still has a touch of relief and if the neck is straightened any more, the guitar will produce buzz on the open strings. There is also a shim under the nut, so having a new nut fitted would be a great idea. It also seems as if the 12th fret inlays may have been reglued at some point, as there is a bit of glue squeeze out around each inlay. This should be fairly simple job for a luthier/tech of your choice to clean up. Otherwise, this guitar is in clean condition with only some light scuffs and swirl marks over the body and some light tarnishing on the hardware. Aside from this, the guitar only shows some superficial wear from everyday playing and handling. Overall, this is a great playing and sounding guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret wear. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
