ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with very little wear. There are a few light scuffs and swirl marks on the body but clean overall, with the most notable wear being some scuffs on the back. There are also a few strumming marks on the pickguard, along with just a bit of mild tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only shows some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
