Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with very little wear. There are a few light scuffs and swirl marks on the body but clean overall, with the most notable wear being a small scratch on the top of the body near the forearm contour. There are also a few strumming marks on the pickguard, as well as a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
Incredibly light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
