This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there is a small finish chip at the treble side edge of the neck pocket, as well as a few light scuffs over the back and side of the body. There are also a few swirl marks over the top, along with a few strumming scuffs on the pickguard and a bit of mild tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some super light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
