ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played a bit and shows some light wear. Most notably, there are some darkened and discolored areas along the back of the body; it seems as if the guitar was stained by a piece of clothing, as the line of the rear contour, as well as around each tip of the body shows some discoloration. The satin finish on the body has also glossed up a bit on the higher traffic areas. The hardware is also fairly tarnished and could use a cleanup, and some of the screws are a bit rusty and may need to be replaced. Otherwise, there are a few light scuffs and smudges here and there from everyday playing and handling, but solid condition. Overall, this is an excellent sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has only some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
