ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition but has been played quite a bit and shows some wear, and has had a few repairs and modifications. Most notably, there is a repaired crack in the top that runs through each side of the hole for the bridge pickup volume control. The repair is solid, but there are a few small areas where the black basecoat has been sanded through revealing the wood underneath, and although the area has mostly been buffed back to a gloss, there are many fine sanding scuffs and swirl marks in the area that weren't fully polished out. In addition, there are many scratches, scuffs, and swirl marks over the majority of the instrument, which are all made more noticeable due to the black finish. There is also a bit of tarnishing on the hardware, along with a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the hardware and pickup rings that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. The original knobs (not included) have been replaced with a set of black top hat knobs as well. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some light scuffs and swirl marks associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some light fret wear, but plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
Electronics
This guitar has had some electronic modifications. The original pickups (not included) have been replaced with a Seymour Duncan SH-11 Custom Custom in the bridge, and an unmarked Wilkinson pickup in the neck position. The pickups are currently wired out of phase in the middle position. This guitar has also been rewired with a set of Gibson pots; the wiring and soldering work isn't the cleanest, but could be neatened up easily. All electronics work properly and sound great.
