CloseThe MME Shag MKII is based on the Tone Bender MKII and uses NOS, matched, NPN, germanium transistors. This allows you to use your favorite negative-tip 9V adapter and keep the pedal in a chain with other pedals.
This true-bypass, hand-wired, three-transistor fuzz has a very rich, harmonic sound with a lot of gain.
The original circuit didn't have a lot of output so it's been slightly modified this to give you more volume when you need it.
