ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. Most notably, the back of the body is largely covered in swirl marks and light scuffs. The lower side of the body shows quite a few scuffs as well, and there is a large patch of faint strumming scuffs below the strings where a pickguard would normally be; these strumming marks are nearly impossible to photograph, but they are present and worth noting. There is also a small finish chip at the edge of the body above the soundhole. There's also a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
