This guitar is aged from the factory, so differentiating factory intended wear and tear versus wear from everyday playing and handling can be tough to manage, but this guitar seems to primarily be in it's original condition, but possibly has some extra wear. Most notably, some of the finish is flaking off around the neck pocket revealing the primer coat underneath. The neck and bridge pickup covers have been modified as well; the pole piece holes have been enlarged on each cover, and it's hard to say if these are the original pickup covers. Otherwise, this guitar shows no extra wear or damage that wasn't intentionally done from the original manufacturer. No structural damage, such as cracks or breaks. This guitar plays great and sounds incredible. Tremolo arm not included.
Fretwear
This guitar has only some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
Electronics
This guitar has a set of David Allen Texas Flood pickups installed. The wiring and soldering is a little messy, so this guitar may have had some of the pots changed, or some wiring work performed. All electronics work properly and sound great.
