ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. These guitars feature an extremely thin satin finish which is prone to wear easily, but this guitar is fairly clean except for a some slight finish glossing on the top, just below the treble strings. There's also a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the pickups and hardware that could use a quick cleanup. Otherwise, this guitar only has some superficial marks here and there from everyday playing and handling. This is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
This guitar is tuned down a bit and the tremolo is slightly pulled forward, which will need to be leveled and setup properly. Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
