ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light examples of wear. Most notably, there are two small patches of shallow dents on the top; one near the edge of the bridge/pickguard, and one near the forearm area of the top. There are also two areas (along the side of the body, and on the back) where the finish has slightly hazed up. Additionally, there are some strumming scratches on the pickguard and just a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Aside from this, the guitar only shows some typical wear from everyday playing, handling, and cleaning. Overall, this is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
