Physical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played a bit and shows some wear. Most notably, there are a few finish chips and scuffs on the pointed end of the body, and there are many smudges, marks, and light scuffs on the satin finished body on all sides. The satin finish has also started to gloss over a bit on the higher traffic areas, such as the back of the neck and along the forearm corner of the body. There is also some dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the pickups and the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring, and there are a few scratches and scuffs on the pickguard. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
