ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are a few swirl marks and light scuffs over the body here and there. There are also some strumming scuffs on the pickguard, as well as some dust buildup in the nooks and crannies that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has a bit of super light wear on the first few frets. Plays great.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
