Physical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played a bit and shows some light wear. Most notably, there are some various scuffs and light scratches over the body, primarily on the back, along with some light scratches on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. This guitar could also use a quick cleanup in the hard-to-reach areas of the pickups and bridge hardware during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some incredibly light superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
