This guitar is in good condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are some scuffs on the top at the forearm contour, as well as some scuffs near the jack. There are also a handful of light bumps and dents on the top. There is a medium sized patch of button rash and a few stray bumps on the back of the body and the rear cavity cover, and there are some light scuffs and scratches here and there along the sides of the body. There are also some scratches on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some incredibly light superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
Electronics
This guitar has had a set of Fender Pure Vintage '73 Strat pickups installed. All electronics work properly and sound great.
