Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Primarily, there are a few scuffs and scratches over the back, as well as some faint swirl marks elsewhere on the top and sides, but clean condition overall. There are also some scratches on the pickguard and a bit of light tarnishing on the hardware. This guitar also has a slightly smoky scent that should air out in time. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

Electronics
This guitar has had an unknown Seymour Duncan Tele-sized humbucker installed in the bridge position; it's currently wired out of phase in the bridge + middle pickup position, which is simple to rewire if a standard configuration is preferred. All electronics work properly and sound great.
