Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are some light scratches on the forearm contour. There are also a few additional scuffs and swirls marks on the body, but clean condition overall. There are also some scuffs on the pickguard and some light tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
