Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there is a bit of faint button rash on the back of the body. There are also a few scuffs and swirl marks elsewhere, a handful of strumming marks on the pickguard, and some faint tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

Electronics
All electronics work properly and sound great.
