ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are a few scuffs on the top of the body just behind the bridge, along with a few swirl marks and light scuffs here and there on the back of the body. The original pickguard and tuning keys (not included) have been replaced with a three ply Black/White/Black pickguard and a set of Fender locking tuning keys. There are some scuffs and scratches on the pickguard, and a bit of mild tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm not included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
