ClosePhysical Condition
This bass is in good condition for it's age, but has been played and shows some moderate wear. This bass is covered in light dents, dings, scratches and scuffs, along with many finish chips along the sides of the body, some bumps and light dents here and there along the back of the neck, some finish wear on the neck and fingerboard, and some slight rash and a few scuffs on the headstock. There are also plenty of scuffs on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing and light rust here and there on the hardware, and this bass has a bit of 'basement' odor present and may need to be aired out a bit before it's completely gone. This bass seems to be completely original as well. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some light scuffs and swirl marks associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing bass.
Fretwear
The frets on this bass are low and flat like many from the era, and show a bit of wear. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
Electronics
All electronics seem to be original, work properly, and sound great.
Case
Original Gibson hardshell case included. The case is a bit musty and could stand to be aired out and cleaned up a bit.
