ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are some marks on the end of the guitar near the lower strap button, along with some slight glossing of the satin finish just below the pickups on the treble side of the body. There is also some light dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge that could use a quick clean up. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some incredibly light superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
