ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, this guitar has a medium sized finish chip on the tip of the upper horn; this guitar has had it's strap buttons changed, so this chip more than likely happened during the swap. The chip seems to have been glued back into place, and there are a few faint glue spots on the body near the chip. The original strap buttons are not included, and the guitar currently only has a screw and plastic washer at each strap button location. There is a bit of finish wear on each side of the fingerboard around the 2nd/3rd fret areas. This guitar also has a bit of tarnishing on the hardware, as well as some dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge that could use a quick clean up during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some incredibly light superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
