Physical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some wear. Most notably, there is a large finish chip on the top of the body at the forearm contour, which has also cracked the finish on the side of the body adjacent to the chip. There is a hole drilled into the tremolo spring cavity, which seems to be an access hole used to tighten the screw on the tremolo arm collet without completely removing the tremolo. There are also a few bumps and dents over the body here and there, as well as a handful of scuffs and light scratches. The hardware, specifically the tremolo, shows plenty of tarnishing and discoloration, and there is a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the pickups and the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
This guitar only has a bit of light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
