ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played quite a bit and shows some wear. Most notably, there are many light bumps and dents here and there over the body, as well as some finish chips on the tips of both body wings as well as the tip of the headstock. The satin finish has glossed up along the edge of the top at the forearm area, below the treble strings and around the volume control, and a few spots on the back of the neck. There is also a small dent on the face of the neck pickup cover, along with some dust and tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar has only some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
