Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition, but has been played and shows some wear. Most notably, there is a small patch of light scratches on the back of the body, as well as a small area of pick marks and strumming scratches on the top just below the treble ends of the pickups. There are also a few light scuffs elsewhere over the instrument, as well as a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring, and a bit of faint tarnishing and discoloration here and there on the hardware itself. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some slight wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
