ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there are a few shallow bumps on the back of the body, along with a few stray scuffs and swirl marks over the guitar that are made more prominent due to the black finish, but super clean overall. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.
