This guitar is in good condition, especially for it's age, but has obviously been played a bit and does have a few light signs of use. First off, this guitar has had a few repairs; the first being a small crack in the top, near the bridge under the high E string, which has been glued and cleated. There is another crack on the lower area of the top that has been glued, but no cleat or any type of reinforcement has been added to the underside of the top. Otherwise, this guitar is in solid condition, but has lots of playing wear as to be expected. Most notably, there are multiple capo marks and some random bumps and dents along the back of the neck and on the headstock, as well as many scratches, scuffs, and light bumps and dents over the body. There are also many examples of weather checking over the body and some notable finish yellowing and wear-through along the binding, as well as some strumming scratches on the pickguard and some tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, this guitar is in solid condition, and will make for a great vintage player.
Fretwear
This guitar more than likely has had a refret; there is quite a bit of wear on the fingerboard itself, and the neck has some capo wear on the finish, however, the frets only have a light bit of wear, and nearly every fret is just a bit sharp along the edges which will need to be filed down. Plays great.
Action
This guitar doesn't seem as if it's ever had a neck reset; currently the action is medium low and plays great and there's still plenty of saddle left.

Non-original Martin hardshell case included. This case is a newer plastic case which has some stickers on the outside and could use a quick cleanup.
