ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played a bit and shows some light wear. These guitars have a very thin finish that is easily prone to wear, which is evident on this guitar. There are some spots (above and below the strings, forearm area of the top) where the satin finish has started to gloss up a bit, and there are some light dents on the upper left side of the top. There are also some strumming scuffs on the pickguard, as well as some strumming marks that extend off the pickguard onto the top. Otherwise, there are a few superficial scuffs and swirl marks over the body, but solid condition overall. This is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action is medium and playable, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
