Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, this guitar has had a sticker placed on the top, just behind the bridge, which has left behind a small amount of glue residue, as well as a slight 'tanline' where the sticker used to be. Otherwise, there are some strumming scratches on the top of the body between the pickup rings, along with a few light scuffs and swirl marks elsewhere on the body. There is also a bit of faint tarnishing on the hardware, but clean condition overall. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
