This guitar is in great condition with only some light wear. Most notably, there is a fine finish crack on the back of the body that spreads from the control plate to the edge; this crack is in the finish only and does not spread into the wood. It also seems as if the protective plastic had been left on the back plate too long, which has left behind some slight residue that's a little tough to remove. Super clean condition overall. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scuffs associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some slight wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
