ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition with only some light wear. Most notably, the nut (possibly not original) has had some work done and will more than likely need to be replaced. The nut slots have been sloppily lowered, leaving some shavings behind around some of the slots, as well as some file marks and glue residue on the top, and the nut is currently glued slightly off-center. This nut may be salvageable, but having a new nut fitted would probably be the best option. Otherwise, there are some scratches on the face of the headstock and a few scuffs and light scratches on the body, but solid condition overall. There are also some strumming scratches on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
