ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. There are some assorted scratches and scuffs over the body, most notably on the forearm area of the top, and in various places on the back. There are also many strumming scratches on the pickguard, along with a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm not included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
