This guitar is in great condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. These guitars feature an extremely thin satin finish which is prone to wear easily, but this guitar is fairly clean except for a small patch of buckle dents on the back, a few light impressions along the lower side, and some slight finish glossing on the top, just below the treble strings. There's also a bit of faint tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, this guitar only has some superficial marks here and there from everyday playing and handling This is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
