ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. Most notably, the nut has been replaced, and there are some stray file marks on the face of the headstock and truss rod cover, along with some light glue residue on the side of the fingerboard. Otherwise, there are some scuffs, light scratches, and a few light dents and bumps over the body, as well as some strumming scratches on the pickguard and a bit of tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there is no cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm not included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
