ClosePhysical Condition
This mandolin is in good condition, but has been played quite a bit and shows some wear. Most notably, the lacquer finish has checked in many areas over the body. There are some dings, dents, and some finish chips here and there over the body and headstock, along with some various scuffs and scratches elsewhere. There is also a slight bit of lacquer hazing on the back of the body. The lacquer finish is also showing some thinning, chipping, and some discoloration around the edges of the body and along the edges of the fingerboard. The paper label inside the mandolin has gotten damp in a few spots over time, more than likely from polish or possibly sweat, which has made some of the ink on the label blur together, but most of the info, including the model and serial number, are still perfectly legible. Otherwise, this mandolin has some scuffs and scratches from everyday handling and playing, but solid condition overall.
Fretwear
This mandolin has some light wear on the first few frets but plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
The truss rod threads protude further than normal on this mandolin, but seems to adjust as intended. The neck is currently setup with just a bit of relief. This mandolin has medium-low action, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.
