ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in great condition, but has been played a bit and shows some light wear. Most notably, there are a few light scratches on the top of the body just behind the bridge. There are also some light scuffs elsewhere over the body, primarily on the back. There is also a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.
Fretwear
This guitar only has a bit of light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
