Physical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some light wear. Most notably, there is a large patch of scuffs and swirl marks on the top just below the pickup and around the knob, as well as a patch of scuffs on the back of the body. There is a bit of dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware and the face of the headstock that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. This guitar is also missing it's rear cavity cover. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar. Tremolo arm included.

Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.

Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
