ClosePhysical Condition
This guitar is in good condition, but has been played and shows some wear. Most notably, this guitar has a lingering cigarette smell that should air out in time. This guitar also has many light bumps and impressions over the body and neck, a handful of scratches and scuffs over the instrument, as well as a slight bit of finish discoloration along the forearm edge of the body. There are also a few light scuffs on the pickguard, some faint tarnishing on the hardware, and some dust in the nooks and crannies under the strings at the headstock and bridge that could use a quick cleanup. Otherwise, there are a few light scuffs and swirl marks over the body, but solid condition overall. This is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets. Plays great. Frets and fingerboard could use a quick cleanup during the next restring.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may require a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
